Things learnt today being with Joanne and PangChieng:
- Trusting people: Shirley Melinda trusted her leaders to manage things and be who they can be in God. She also encourage her leaders and people to be well-rounded - knowing things of the world, things that interest her leaders, and WOG.
- PangChieng said in CCM, go with those who are willing first, there will always be those are not. Do not be discourage. Go with those who are willing. Cotinue to encourage and go with those on the ground. Working leaders need to make sacrifices to go down to the campus and do things for God. Question: How to do it? He affirmed Vincent to be very promising, thinking, there are a few who are. Need to be on the field and sacrifice.

Wai encourage:
- Check whether i dun want to enter the workplace, is it because of fear or really for the youth ministry?

Question for my life, to hear from God:
- Direction? Time to enter the workforce but in what area? but also be willing to sacrifice and use the time to minister people.
- CCM Strategies?
- Church Strategies
- Other Universities Pioneering?
- Should i go to do quiet time with J and V?
