A beginning of a new year! Past few days have been great... meeting up with church friends, buddies, RP people...

Found out some things and noted that some people have changed, some for the worst, some for the better. however most of my old friends have not changed a bit. The tertiary students have grown, i come back looking at many new faces, so have RP. Yet i still hear of certain challenges that my friends are going through as well...

Went to New year countdown at Hougang Mall. we had a shopping competition to bless others, and my team with Jason and Hengyu got 2nd runner up and got to recieve a $80 TCC voucher and a handshake with the MP of Hougang. So cool hor! haha... praise God. Then it was a quiet countdown with the RP people. Honestly it was not as fun as it was supposed to be. The guys were funny but were pretty quiet. The girls seem to be in their own world yet i knew problems were lurking in their individual lifes. I felt a strong urge to pray for some of them. I spend time talking to Liyan and i knew she was shocked and abit sad at what she saw. Drinking at celebrations are fine, but not overboard. Alvin was not there, neither was Sharon. It daunt on me that leadership is important even in social events... although we sacrifice in planning and making sure everyone is ok, people would eventually enjoy themselves and so would we. But i know things would get better... it will.

I spend my new year at home sleeping. was really very tired because the past few nights i have been coming home at 3am in the morning. First night was with YY and Nel. They treated me to Billy Bombers after church and we talked the whole night at SMU. Got to find out more about their lifes... On New Year Eve, i went home early at 3am, usually i would stay whole night, just that i did not really want to stay... though i feel like talking to people... but maybe not that night...

Meeting Livi later and back to fitness first... haha!
